Our Mission
The mission of the CNY Monsters softball organization is to develop the basic fundamentals, softball knowledge, and competitive spirit in all players involved in the program.
A healthy and competitive environment will encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, respect, leadership skills, hard work, and dedication.
From the program the participants will gain self-worth, confidence, and a lifetime enjoyment of activity that will help them in all aspects of their lives.
What our Athletes Recieve:
- 40 plus practices/training sessions
- 35 plus games
- A focus on development of their skills and knowledge of softball
- Experienced coaches
- A uniform kit with 3 jersey tops, 2 pants, 3 pair of socks, and 2 belts
- A batting helmet
- All year training
- Competitive Tournament Schedule
- College Exposure for 16U-18U
- Indoor Training at Premier Sports Warehouse
*Indoor team time every Sunday starting in November
*Open batting cage time
*Strength/Agility Training up to 5 days a week at no extra cost
