The CNY Monsters travel softball association was established in 2011. Even though a lot has changed, the Monsters have stay dedicated to our philosophy to develop every player in a competitive, family like atmosphere where everyone could grow.

It doesn’t matter your SES, who you know, or what school your daughter attends. We will work and treat people like family. We are the first to admit we have made mistakes, but we have learned from them and strive to get better every year. We continue to overcome adversity and deal with numerous new travel organizations offering the world to families. We take pride in being up front, honest and drama free. All of our coaches and directors lose money, putting everything we have into providing an enriching experience for our players on and off the field. All the money that is taken in by the organization is all given back to the teams for tournaments, equipment, uniforms, indoor time, etc. People think we are crazy for this, but we are really in it for the girls. We want to make the great game of softball accessible to all that want to work hard and develop their physical and mental skills. With lacrosse and now flag football becoming popular in our area we need people that are in youth softball for the right reasons. Again, there is so much to be learned from the game of softball besides fundamentals; like responsibility, communication, commitment, hard work, time management, and learning to be a great teammate to name a few.
